Since it was kids day at the Renaissance Festival today (meaning the kids were free!), we decided to go there today. It was a lot of fun. We ran into several of our friends. Beth, Ray, and Olivia all wanted to do the bungee. Ray decided afterward that he didn't like it so much. The girls thought it was a blast though.

Livi and her flower crown

Ray and his walking stick.

This ride was called da Vinci's Flying Machines. We were surprised at how fast they could get that thing going.

Ray decided not to ride this one, so Trey rode it with Louis and the girls. The guys who pushed these things were working their butts off!!!

Random pictures from the day and of some of our friends who we met there.

This ride was the jousting ride. The kids got on at the top, then rode to the bottom and tried to get the ring from the dragon with the jousting stick. Louis rode without the stick! Beth got the ring, but it fell off.

These guys were a lot of fun. They really got into their music! A belly dancer came on stage for one song. Louis loved the drums and Olivia loved the belly dancer!

The last show we watched - Barely Balanced.

The 4th of July

After a day full of rain, it cleared off, so that the fireworks could go on as scheduled! There was a beautiful moon out when we left. We went to the school park near Bicentennial to see the fireworks. It was 58 degrees!

A couple more gratuitous happy baby pictures! She's six weeks old now - whoa.

My Boys

Louis absolutely adores his brother. He wants to do everything Ray does. Last night I got a quick video of Louis "playing" Wii with Ray.

New pictures of T!

I have a lot of things to put on here, and eventually I will get around to it - I swear! For now, more baby pictures.

These are pictures I took last night. Louis had been snuggled asleep with me and Theresa had been snuggled asleep with Trey. When we got up to close the house up for the night, they just looked so cute that I had to take pictures!

The rest of these pictures are from today.

This last picture of Louis and Ray I love! Ray was playing Wii and Louis was imitating him with a remote. I have a video of it that I will try to get on tomorrow.

Man in the Mirror

Okay - I thought I would post a link to my favorite Michael Jackson song. This song has inspired me on more than one occasion.

Cute pictures

I'm tired, so I'm just going to post some cute pictures! My friend brought her nephew over for a little bit - isn't he cute? He's a couple of months older than Theresa. I can't believe how big he looks next to Theresa! Her oldest daughter and my oldest daughter thought it was pretty cool to play with the little ones together. Louis decided he needed a baby, too, so he went and found one of his sisters dolls to play with. Too cute.

Just a cute picture of Beth and Theresa:

I couldn't resist snapping this picture of a cranky Louie.

Day with friends and our new pool!

We bought a new pool for the kidlets yesterday. Trey decided to get a big nice one, and they loved it! Some of our friends came over today, and the kids played in the pool ALL DAY LONG! I had the brain storm to put some water in the little turtle (supposed to be a sand box) and have the kids step from it into the pool, and that way hopefully keep the water much cleaner. It worked! I am amazed at how clean (relatively) the pool stayed. Woo hoo! Score one for Mom. Here's some pictures from today.

After everyone left, Louis came in the room where I was sitting, laid on the floor and fell asleep! Man, I wish he was that easy all the time. LOL.

And since she is so cute AND one month old today *sniff* - here are some new pictures of Miss Theresa. The first two are from today. The next one is from a couple of nights ago. She was just chilling out with her brother.
